This is my kids favorite meal. Thank you Mom for giving me this recipe. It is quick, easy and good!
Ingredients needed to make this dish:
1 – 2 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs olive oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, beans)
1 egg
3 cups of cooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
- Heat sesame oil and olive oil in pan.
- Add one chopped onion, one clove garlic and 1 cup of vegetables. Stir till tender.
- Push vegetables to one side and scramble one egg in same pan.
- Add 3 cups of cooked rice and 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- Stir till headed throughout.
- I add chicken or fish to this recipe or you can eat it as is.
- Enjoy.
